My creative journey started even before I officially stepped into the industry. While studying at Arena Multimedia, I had the privilege to intern at Capella Entertainment, where I supported two of Saigon’s most iconic nightlife venues—Chill Skybar and Air Saigon. This early exposure led to a full-time role, and in 2019, I was honored as Employee of the Year.

Back Office: Precision in Planning

As a full-time employee, I directly participated in core activities, contributing to the optimization of workflows.

• Administrative Procedures Management: Ensured smooth building access procedures for agencies and suppliers, facilitating large-scale events.

• Performance Planning & Coordination: Developed monthly performance schedules (dancing, singing, magic, fire flair bartending, etc.) for both venues, optimizing budgets and enhancing customer experience.

• Contract and Payment Management: Drafted and reviewed performance contracts, and facilitated timely payments to artists, ensuring fair compensation and partner satisfaction.

• Creative Concept Development: Contributed ideas for dance performances, bringing freshness and uniqueness to each show.

Event Coordinator: Orchestrating Flawless Execution

Ensuring every event runs flawlessly from preparation to execution was my top priority.

• Process Compliance & Oversight: Monitored each work item to ensure all activities followed the plan and timeline.

• Risk Management & Rehearsal Coordination: Closely supervised rehearsals, mitigating potential risks and ensuring artists' timely presence before performances.

• Decoration Setup Supervision: Ensured decoration setup for large events was completed on time and adhered to quality standards.

• Logistics Support: Coordinated and assisted suppliers with the transportation and placement of decorations for large-scale events.

• Costume Design & Preparation: Conceptualized and prepared costumes for staff during important events, adding a professional and distinctive touch.

• Collaboration with Technical Team: Worked closely with the technical department to ensure fireworks were

  launched at key moments and thoroughly checked all audio and lighting systems before each event.

• International Artist Support: Facilitated the smooth pick-up and drop-off of international DJs and artists, providing optimal conditions for their performances.

• Marketing Team Collaboration: Assisted the Marketing team in video recording dance performances, contributing to impactful messaging and visual content.
